Long-term impact

The project trained university staff from Ukraine and North Macedonia, enabling them to integrate the newly developed curriculum into their teaching and to further educate students preparing for careers in education, psychology, and social work. The training materials also strengthened ongoing professional development across the V4 countries.

By equipping professionals with practical and empirically supported skills, the project contributed to improving inclusive practices and enhanced support for individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders and challenging behavior—including many displaced persons residing in V4 countries. The project created a foundation for more effective and inclusive educational and social systems across all partner countries.
