Our project plan

Our project plan is to improve and develop the inclusion services in Ukraine and North Macedonia as well as the V4 countries. The experts will explore regional action plans and practices on inclusion, share best practices, and build a professional network to support professionals working in inclusive settings. This project will build on the knowledge and modern practices in behavior analysis that already exist in the partner countries (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland) and bring the best practices to countries that do not yet use them systematically in their educational system (Ukraine, North Macedonia). During the project, a new Curriculum will be developed based on strategies that have been empirically proven to be effective in developing socially adaptive behavior and to train university staff to use this program further to ensure the dissemination of knowledge about effective practices. We will train employees of Ukrainian and North Macedonian higher education institutions, who will then continue to educate students, who receive pre-service and additional in-service education in these institutions. The training program will also be used to improve the preparation of teachers, psychologists, and social workers in V4 countries.
