The innovative element in our project

The project will develop and substantially enhance the existing inclusive practices in Ukraine and North Macedonia in a way of new training programs on strategies for developing socially desirable behavior based on applied behavior analysis for either working or studying teachers, special educators, or social workers. The project is innovative in providing unique practical skills in behavioral strategies for challenging behavior, which are relevant for social workers, teachers, and special educators. The curriculum and e-learning course will enhance further dissemination of information in Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and Poland, as well as establishing a similar training system in Ukraine and North Macedonia. Given that many refugees from Ukraine are residing in the V4 countries since 2022, this program will help improve the quality of support services for this group of people in need. Likewise, professionals in the V4 countries, North Macedonia and Ukraine will be able to provide enhanced professional assistance to any person with challenging behavior.
